Benoît LAFOUASSE (graduate engineer from the Ecole Centrale de Paris), got a Master of Science in aerospace engineering at the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration at INSEAD. He spent 20 years in the aerospace industry, successively as electrical architect, system engineer, program manager, engineering department manager and advanced projects director. He then joined SVE, Dassault Group to manage the development of the CLEANOVA™ energy systems for Electric vehicles and Plug In Hybrid Electric Vehicles, and lead the engineering team composed of talented and experienced engineers coming from aeronautics and automobile Industry. He is now Technical and Programs Director of Dow‐Kokam France, a subsidiary of Dow Kokam.
Dow Kokam was established in 2009 to develop and manufacture advanced energy storage technologies for the transportation and other industries. In January, Dassault joined The Dow Chemical Company and TK Advanced Battery LLC as owners of the company.
